All our orders for shipment within the European Union (Germany, Latvia, Austria, Lithuania, Belgium, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Romania, Greece, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Ireland, Sweden, Italy) are inclusive of VAT charged at the rate of Value Added Tax applicable on French territory.

WORLD – UPS

Taxes are not included for all shipments outside the European Union, including shipments to Switzerland and Norway. You are responsible for payment of all taxes on receipt of the parcel in accordance with the laws applicable in the destination country.

ORDERS

Orders that are placed from monday to friday are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

A shipment confirmation will be sent to you once the order is sent including your tracking number.

If you have provided a wrong shipping information and wish to change it please send an email to customercare@wearmarcia.com as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before you have received a shipping confirmation. Shipping method can not be changed. If you wish to change your chosen shipping method please contact us for cancellation of your order and you can make a new. We do not take responsibility if you have provided us with a wrong or invalid address.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES APPLIED ON YOUR ORDER DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRY.

WEAR MARCIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR DAMAGED, WE ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT THE COURIER WITH WHICH IT HAS BEEN SENT.

RETURNS

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed and with tags attached within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs and all other expenses are the customer’s responsibility.

If you wish to make a size or color exchange please contact us for arrangement and note the wished change on your return slip you received with your order.

We suggest using the original sustainable package that your order came in. If the items are received in poor condition, we won’t be able to carry out the return as requested.

Once a return is received and approved, you will be refunded by the same method you made the payment with. Excluding the shipping costs.

* UNTIL WE RECEIVE AN ITEM, IT REMAINS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN/ REFUND

Send an email request to the MARCIA team at: customercare@wearmarcia.com no later than 14 days after you have received the product, letting us know your invoice order number and reason for the return and we will help you!

*We will not accept returns that have not been approved by our customer service department. Any returns sent without confirmation will be refused. 

THE ITEMS SHOULD BE PACKAGED:

– IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, TOGETHER WITH THE DUSTBAG INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE.

– WITH ALL ORIGINAL LABELS.

– PLEASE FILL OUT AND INCLUDE THE RETURN SLIP YOU RECEIVED WITH YOUR ORDER. *please note that without your return slip, we cannot identify your return and cannot refund you.

– SEND AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE at the following email address: customercare@wearmarcia.com
They will share the contacts details with you.

– SEND THE PARCEL: *for returns outside of Europe, remember to mark the package as a “return of goods” and attach the 3 Proforma invoices on the outside of the package. Returns stock in custom and duties are the customers responsibility.

*Orders can be exchanged after having fulfilled the return slip with the size exchange/ product exchange                  information *All exchanges will be re-shipped free of charged. 

For returns from Paris you are welcome to drop off your package at the listed address after arrangement via email: customercare@warmarcia.com.

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow 3 to 5 days from the date on which the return has been received and all the conditions mentioned are met.
