Orders are prepared within 48 hours, excluding weekends and French public holidays. All items are shipped in 100% biodegradable packaging.
France: Standard shipping from €6 (Mondial Relay) to €13 (Chrono 18 next-day delivery). Free shipping on all orders over €250.
Europe & International: Shipped via DHL Express, delivered within 2–3 business days. Rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging attached. A €8 return fee applies for France and EU orders. International returns are at the customer's expense.
Exchanges can be requested through our return portal — the first exchange is free.
Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
